We offer a range of different styles of unit, from office space to workshop to storage. We are home to many different businesses, some of which have been with us for many years. We are happy to show perspective tenants around and to talk through options, we are now experienced in what can and cannot be done with or in a unit.

On top of the retails areas we let out we have provided space for food manufacturers, professional services, wholesalers, fabricators and many more.

We also have storage space available, mainly through the use of new shipping containers, but we also have some larger areas of buildings that are suited to long term storage.
